Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Chain Trainer constructed of?
All Chain Trainer systems boast rock climbing quality materials, including 22 kN straps and carabiners. Each accessory comes with a minimum strength of 3 kN per side. One kN equals a breaking strength of 225 pounds. In other words, the minimum strength for each single accessory is 675 pounds. What we are trying to say is, you can confidently do any exercise no matter how much you weigh without any fear of Chain Trainer breaking.
What is the Difference between one anchor point and two anchor points?
With two anchor points comes added versatility and increasingly challenging exercises. Having a second anchor point provides tension from two separate locations which helps your arms to move more naturally through some exercises, and forces each side of the body to exert equal force. Two anchors better facilitates full-body-weight exercises such as pull-ups, push-ups, dips, inverted shrugs, rows and leg raises.
